Confirmation of Rental
At the time of booking, you are put on our calendar. Howeve,r confirmation of your rental date and time will be upon recieving a 25% deposit. If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can remove you from our calendar. There will be NO fee for cancellation if notified more than 24 hours before the event. We do not call the customer to confirm delivery, however, the customer is welcome to call us at any time to confirm delivery.
Fully Insured
We are fully-insured and bonded.
"All Day" Rentals
"All Day" rentals are "SAME DAY" rentals (4-8 hours). We have reduced our rental rates for Sunday thru Friday. Whether you choose to rent the unit for 4 hours or 8 hours, this rate is the same. We ask the customer their preference in drop-off and pick-up times and do our best to accommodate their preferences.
Delivery
ALL rental fees include delivery, set-up, pick-up, clean-up and sales tax to locations located within a 15-mile radius of Willmar, Minnesota.
An "All Day" rental is required to locations outside of a 15-mile radius of Willmar, Minnesota plus a minimum $25 delivery fee.
The following Minnesota cities we deliver to include, but are not limited to: Willmar, Raymond, Clara City, Montevideo, Pennock, Kerkhoven, Murdock, Degraff, Benson, Spicer, New London, Paynesville, Kandiyohi, Atwater, Grove City, Litchfield, Cosmos, Olivia, Danube, Renville, Sacred Heart, Gtranite Falls, and Prinsburg.
Generator
We can provide a generator to locations without electricity for an additional fee of $50.00. This fee is good for the entire rental time and we provide $50 fuel.
Deposit
No deposit required. We just ask that you notify us as soon as possible if your plans change so that we may be able to re-rent the unit.
Rain Policy (no refunds if delivered)
IF IT IS RAINING, unfortunately, we will be UNABLE to deliver and set up your unit. NO charge to the customer.
IF IT IS THREATENING TO RAIN, the customer has the option for us to deliver and set up. If the customer chooses not to have the unit delivered, there will be NO charge to the customer.
IF THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES to have delivery and set up, we will provide the customer with a tarp in case of rain. If it rains, the customer is required to TURN OFF the blower and put the tarp over the unit. When it stops raining, the customer can remove the tarp and TURN ON the blower. NOTE: If wet, these units get very slippery and can be dangerous, please use towels to dry off the unit upon re-use.
NO REFUNDS—Remember, it is the customer’s choice whether or not to have the unit delivered. If the customer chooses to have the unit delivered and set-up, unfortunately, no refunds will be given due to the time spent in delivery, set-up and pick-up (which the units are much heavier and more difficult to maneuver when wet), and the many hours it will take to clean and dry out the unit.
Sanitizing Units
Our Units are sanitized before every rental.
Absolutely no food, drink of any kind, sand, gum, candy or silly string allowed in unit—these items can damage or stain the vinyl and cause additional clean-up. If damage or staining occurs the customer will be charged a cleaning fee.
